He is survived by: his wife Donna of Donnelly; his sons, Jacob (Mindy) of Donnelly and Marty (Sam Kendall) of Donnelly; his grandchildren, Aryn of Fargo, Lee and Garrett of Donnelly; and his siblings, Jan Johnson (Noel) of Anoka, Kahla Gillespie (Glen) of Alberta, Laurie Rollman (Rick) of Lititz, PA, Calvin Eystad (Lavena) of Hancock, Jamey Eystad (Kathy) of Donnelly and Robert Eystad (Bernie) of Donnelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
