She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Steinkraus and Grace Steinkraus (Hillig); and her brother Eugene Steinkraus. She is survived by: her husband Mark Neels; her children, Chris Neels, Jessi Bruce (Troy) and Dalyce Neels (Krystal); her grandchildren, Cheyanne, Chloe, Austin, David, Lillian, Gage and Jaxtyn; her great grandchild Saphira; her brother Cedric Steinkraus (Darlene); and her sister-in-law Sharon Steinkraus.
