He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas D. Rote and Georgia Bernice Williams Rote; his close friend Michele Hanson; his brother Thomas Rote (Patricia) of La Vergne, TN; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Tolbert (Alan) of Petal, MS, Michelle Tusler of Longmont, CO, Glenn Rote (Krystal) of Deer Trail, CO, Michael Rote of Loveland, CO, Christopher Rote of Gulfport, MS and Jason Rote (Leah) of Madison, TN; and also James Hanson. He was also cherished by seven grand-nephews and eight grand-nieces.
