She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Gilchrist and Virgina Gilchrist (Thievin); her husband Del; and her siblings, Winifred, Dennis, Marilyn and James Robert.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Novak (Lynnette) of Roseau, MN, Phil Novak (Felicia) of Moorhead, MN and Delroy Novak (Angela) of Bemidji, MN; her grandchildren, Jadyn, Kyla, Karys, Kenley, Nicholas, Alexander and Zachary; and her siblings, Billie Spriggle, Mary Gilchrist, Mark Gilchrist and Tim Gilchrist. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
