It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Merryelle Whiteaker of Dexter, Minnesota, who passed away on July 25, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Miner and Mary Miner (Stites); and her husband Robert Whiteaker. She is survived by: her children, Helen Pieper (Rollie) of Onamia, MN, Bruce Whiteaker (Cindy) of Austin, MN, Karen Sanders (Bruce) of Cresco, IA and Ronald Whiteaker (Mary) of Kasson, MN; her siblings, Mary Mortensen of Kasson, MN, Merrideth Miner (Shirley) of Hayfield, MN and Milda Weness (Dave) of Adams, MN; and her sister-in-law Pat Miner of Rose Creek, MN.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
Merryelle preferred memorials to the Society for the Blind in Faribault instead of flowers.
