She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Vermilyea and Celia Vermilyea (Leach); her husband Henry Bakker; and her brother Everett Vermilyea. She is survived by: her children, Joy Ihrke (Bill) of Dexter, Joan Thorson (Bob) of Rochester, Janet Friary (Dale) of Rochester, Jill Wilson (Chuck) of Rochester, Gary Bakker (Candy) of Austin and Jack Bakker (Mary) of Dassel, MN; and her brother Gene Vermilyea (Ruth) of Rochester. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and many lively great grandchildren.
