He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilbert Patten and Vivian Patten (Vrieze); his former wife Judith DeVore; his son Daniel; his wife Judy Patten of Dexter; his daughter Kelly Dreyer (Scott) of Janesville, MN; his grandchildren, Kinsey, Brevan, Kambryn, Ryland and Brexton; his siblings, Ruth Brett of Mabel, MN, Bill Rodenz of Rochester, MN, Catherine Hagen of Spring Grove, MN, Marilyn Parks of Florida, Anna Miller of Spring Valley and Lucy Crawford of Mabel, MN; his aunts, Donna Vrieze, JoAnne Vrieze (Kenny) and Maxine Vrieze; his half-brothers, Peter and Bob; and his uncles, Avery and Calvin.

Social distancing will be practiced and masks will be required inside and outside for the safety of the family.
