He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Chase and Inga Chase (Gunderson); his wife Carol (Halverson); and his siblings, Edsel Chase and Gerelda Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Friesen of Detroit Lakes, MN and Kevin Chase (Amber Linquist) of Detroit Lakes, MN; his grandchildren, David, Chris, Brittany, Jacob, Joe, Jordan, Trevin and Hunter; and his siblings, June Gray (Glen) and Gale Chase. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
