Terry Gunst Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2024, at the age of 74, Terry Gunst of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, born in Jamestown, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Terry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Terry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph and Mary; his sister Shirley Kruger; his grandson Jordan Gunst; his niece Kathi Froemming (Kruger); and his nephew Shawn Gunst.
He is survived by: his daughter Cher Heidt (Gunst); his siblings, Jerome Gunst, Roger Gunst and Donna Buerkle (Vernie); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Heidt, Paige Heidt and Jacob Heidt. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins and grandnephews.
