He is survived by: his wife Diane Ballard (Kluck); his daughters, Terah Kraft, Christina Humphrey (Joe) and Stephanie Ballard; his siblings, Ginger Carlstrom, Jackie Peterson and Brenda Strand (Amy); his grandchildren, Peyton, Ethan, Aliyah, Gabriel and Pearl; and his great grandchild Nirvana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
