He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth (Betty Gagner); his children, Cindy Engen (Darrell), Sue Kluver (Brad), Christle Johnson, James Ackerson, Patrick Ackerson (Karen), Michelle Wosika (Jeff) and Jeffery Ackerson (Moe); his brothers, Stewart Ackerson (Terry) and Dennis Ackerson (LuAnn); his grandchildren, Nick, Kaitlen Engen, Kallie, Kelsey Kluver, Andy, Dylan Johnson, Josh, Ryan Ackerson, Kassandra, Kortni Ackerson, Dustin Hagen and Maddie Wosika; and his great grandchild Ayden Ackerson.
