He is survived by: his wife Jean of Detroit Lakes; his children, Sue Marvin (Kevin) of Swanton, VT, Don Roethel (Cheryl) of Raleigh, NC and Sharon Roethel (Dave) of Detroit Lakes, MN.; and his brother Stuart. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
