He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Ashley Jurina (Lucas), Alex Jurina, Tessa Sherbrooke (Matt), Lindsey Holt, Amanda Mitchell and Jessi Holt (Amanda); his grandsons, Elio Wilson, James Sherbrooke, Jackson Templin, Robert Wicker, Dale Mitchell, Dallas Mitchell, Grady Mitchell, Aiden Holt, Austin Holt, Tucker Holt and Carlin Holt; and his siblings, Jay Jurina (Sandy), Jeff Jurina (Bobbi), Russ Thomas (Cedar), Kara Jurina, Lisa Linden (Todd), Todd Thunstrom (Heather), Shelly Lucero (Josh), Anthony Jurina (Shannon), Christie Jenkins, Amanda Jurina and Amber Donner (Calvin).
