It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Foster of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Margaret "Muggins" Janke (Foster); his grandparents, Charles and Elizabeth Foster; and his siblings, Rose Marie Fairbanks, Charles "Joe" Foster, Diane Arnold and Rossetta Sauk (Jim).
He is survived by: his close friend Elizabeth Swenson; his children, Jazmine and Jason; and his nieces and nephews, Ruth Newton (Bill), Joe, Gary (Cindy), Mark (Jamie) and Elaine Keezer (David).
Following all Covid-19 safety protocols, social distancing will be practiced, and all must wear a mask to attend.
