He is survived by: his father Sam K. Begay; his wife Mary Red Owl; his children, Kateri Warren, Breana Azure and Scarlett; his stepchildren, Jeremy and Jayden Azure; his sisters, Elvonna, Misty and Robin Begay; his half-sister Angelita Canku; and his stepfather Terry Larson.
