She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Clark and Pearl Clark; her grandson Austin Zahn; and her grandparents, Josephine, George Clark, Glenn Clark and Francis.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Arthur (Jeremy Fleischacker); her grandchildren, Courtney Johnson (Logan), Britney Mosher (Tony License), Amber Mayberry (Shane Krause), Devin Monroe, Shawna Monroe and Hailey Monroe; her siblings, Kevin Clark (Barb), Glenn Clark (Angela) and Jenene Mayberry (Doyle); and her close friend Terry Larson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
