He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Manning and Marie Manning; his wife Shirley Manning; his children, Peggy Cummings (Tom), Joyce Schweigart, Clint Manning (Kris), Chad Manning (Jennifer), Jodie Erb and Cory Manning (Jen); and his siblings, Darleen, Donna, Beverly, John, Joann and Kathy. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
