She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Nelson and Carl Pavola; and her husband Alfred Schnitzer. She is survived by: her children, Randall Schnitzer of Detroit Lakes, MN, Lois Wood of Detroit Lakes, MN, Denise Schnitzer of Fargo, ND, Ranae Jensen (David) of Erie, CO, Amy Schnitzer of Fargo, ND and Susan Goffe (James) of Fargo, ND; and her grandchildren, Tyler Chase, Logan Chase (Kaleigh), Kaleb Chase, Jay Schnitzer, Brittany Wood (Nick), Cassidy Jensen, Kenzie Goffe, Ashlyn Goffe, Adley Schnitzer, Justin Wood (Ann) and Amanda MacDonell (Andy). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephew.
During the covid time period, she embroidered at least a hundred dishtowels for all the employees at Oak Crossing, the Sanford Dialysis Unit, family and anyone else who wanted one.
