He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Robert Mehus. He is survived by: his parents, John Knutson and Sharon Knutson (Anderson); his children, Michael Dantas (Daniel), Carly Knutson and Cade Knutson; his sisters, Lisa Ziegler and Lori Mehus; his granddaughter Elena Dantas; and his girlfriend Donna Elbert. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
