He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Peterson and Guida Peterson; his son Michael Peterson; and his sister Linda Peterson. He is survived by: his spouse Gretchen Peterson; his grandmother Marathon; his wife Judy; his children, Adam of Minneapolis, Jeremy (Jessica), Kaitlyn of Detroit Lakes, Ryan of Detroit Lakes and Emily of Detroit Lakes; his daughter-in-law Kara; his children, Preston of Minneapolis, Ellianna of Minneapolis and Brekka of Minneapolis; his brothers, Don Peterson (Sharon) and Darryl Peterson (Carol); his sisters-in-law, Ron Oppegaard, Jan Oppegaard of Hayfield, MN., Dave Henschke, Sue Henschke of Brainerd, MN. and Vonda Henschke of Prior Lake, MN.; and his aunt Ardy Lablanc. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
