She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Hanson and Hilda Hanson; her husband Bob Leitheiser; her brother Wesley (Evy) of Detroit Lakes; her children, Linda Kiehl (Arnie) of Detroit Lakes, Merl (Connie) of Sauk Rapids, Larry of Detroit Lakes and Dean (Janet); and her brothers, Dewey (Marge) and Lyle (Delores). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A prayer was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the David-Donehower Funeral & Cremation Service (609 US-10, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1043 Lake Ave, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 3:15 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery (1000 Rossman Ave, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501).
