He is survived by: his father Julian Qualley; his daughter Madison; and his siblings, Jeff Qualley of Groton, Jerry Qualley (Dawn) of Detroit Lakes, Michelle Dickinson (Dave) of Milnor and Jon Qualley of Fargo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
