He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr Clarence and Marquerite Moberg (Green). He is survived by: his spouse Yvonne Kaatz; his friend Sheila Barrow (Eggen); his children, Michael Moberg (Nancy) and Susan Olson (Chris); his grandchildren, Matthew, Noah Moberg, Hailey, Lauren Olson and Molly Barrow; and his brother Dr Allen Moberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
