He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Green and Jona Green (Jacobson); and his brother-in-law Mike Brakefield. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Green of Detroit Lakes; his children, Jesse Green of Glyndon and Jackie Haugo (John) of Mahnomen; his grandson Trevor Haugo (Maddie) of Waubun; his daughter Justine Liebl (Levi) of Gary; and his siblings, Judy Spaeth (Virgil) of Henning, Karen Brakefield Detroit (Mike), David Green (Cheryl) of Waubun and Doreen Meyer (Dave) of Moorhead.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Jerry's honor to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
