She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hanebuth and Ruby Hanebuth (McLeod); her husband Robert Sonnenberg (Bob); her stepmother Hilda Hanebuth (Wiebe); her brother Jackie Hanebuth; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Sonnenberg and Mary Hanebuth.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Sonnenberg (Shelly), Lyle Sonnenberg (Sue), Neil Sonnenberg (Roxanne) and Sheri Olerud (Chris); her grandchildren, Jeremy Sonnenberg, Dawn Eckert, Tina Moore, Jacob Sonnenberg, Justin Sonnenberg, Derek Sonnenberg and Alexis Sonnenberg; her brothers, Butch Hanebuth and Jim Hanebuth (Sandy); and her siblings-in-law, Marlo Sonnenberg and Joyce Sonnenberg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
