He is survived by: his parents, Eric Bertek-Smith and Jesi Bertek-Smith (Bertek); his siblings, Christopher, Jakob, Logan, Alex, Emma, Ely, Savanna, Austin and Malakhi; his grandparents, Sandy Smith, Vicki Bachleitner and Perry Bertek; his uncles, Don Smith (Tanya) and Greg Smith (Jenny); and his aunt Cheryl Wolfe (Tim).
