She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Nelson and Evelyn Nelson; her husband Russ Johnson; her siblings, Mary Swenson, Norman Nelson and Donald Nelson; and her brother-in-law Paul Swenson.
She is survived by: her children, David Johnson (Elizabeth) of Helena and Lois Wallace (Robert) of Rhinelander, Wisconsin; and her granddaughters, Carolyn Nistler (Matt), Kristina Johnson, Lauren Cornelius (Mitch) and Megan Helgeson (Josh). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
