We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2022, at the age of 96, Gordon Thompson of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, born in Ada, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Nelson of Perley, MN; his sisters, Elaine and Joann; his aunt Marie Malakowsky; and his uncle Clem Bowyer.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Thompson, Rich Thompson, Mandan, Lowell Thompson (Judy) and Sondra "Suzie" Kaiser (Myron "Caesar"); his grandchildren, Stacy Heinlein (Keith), Matt Thompson (Kathryn), Andy Thompson, Kelly Schauer (Courtney), Lance Thompson, Patrick Thompson, Gene Kaiser and Frank Kaiser; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Wyatt, Kristina, Mikkel, Thomas, Severin, Madison, Kale, Kash, Brady, Lily, Tony and Indiah.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Shriner Children's Hospital.
