We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Glen Birky of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amon Birky and Katie Birky (Troyer); his wife Erma Louise Kennel; his children, Margaret Brubacher (Ray) of Elmira, ON, Stanley of Detroit Lakes, MN, Carol Erb (Kenneth) of Frazee, MN, David (Teresa) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Mary Jean Sweigart (Tim) of Hesston, KS; his sister Stella Schantz; his close friend Kay Hartness; his daughter-in-law Shirley; and his great grandchild Dustin. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
