She was predeceased by: her parents, George Oien and Hazel Oien (Eklund); her husband Harvey Coleman Valley; her brother John Richard; and her daughter Lori Harp (Valley).
She is survived by: her children, Fullerton Auxiliary and Kimberley Green (John) of Detroit Lakes, MN; and her grandsons, Will and Jake Green.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery (22701 W Silver Lake Rd, Battle Lake, MN 56515).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
