He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kluenenberg and Leona Kluenenberg (Roggenkamp); his siblings, Maureen Achter, Jeanette Wallgren (George) and Jim Kupfer; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Stadium and Randy DeVries.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Holm (Halstad) of Detroit Lakes; his children, Roxane Kluenenberg, Cary Kluenenberg, Dawn Kohanek, Heather Bergseid (Christian) and Kimberly Kluenenberg; his stepchildren, Donna Huseby (Brad) and Mike Holm; his siblings, Beatrice Kupfer, Rosemary Haugen (Denny), Dick Kluenenberg (Ranaye), Donna Oien (Steven) and Joanne Andrade (Gus); and his brother-in-law Gary Achter.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Kjos Funeral Home Cremation Services (900 Summit Ave, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Alliance Church (408 Elm St W, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501).
