He was predeceased by: his father Earl Schantzen. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Schantzen (Haataja); his daughters, Hannah and Ava Schantzen of Dawson, MN; his stepfather Tim Shore of Detroit Lakes; his grandmother Elaine Haataja of Menahga; his siblings, Chris Cushman (Mariah Hoeper) of Moorhead, MN and Lindsey Shore of Detroit Lakes; and his nieces and nephews, McKenna, Cyleus, Zalias, Kaius and Saiya. He is also survived by grandparents, and aunts.
