It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delvin Scheldorf of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, born in Graceville, Minnesota, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Scheldorf and Doris Scheldorf (Bennett); his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Glenda Scheldorf; his brother Keith; and his brother-in-law Robert Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Scheldorf of Chokio; his children, Renee Gartner (Dennis) of Litchfield, Colleen Varnado of West St and Jeff Scheldorf (Teresa) of Chokio; his grandchildren, Kurt Gartner (Hannah), Erika Schilla (Andrew), Justin Scheldorf, Jenna Scheldorf, Samantha Bredahl (Nicholas), Christo Alexander, Phillip Varnado, Haley Scheldorf, Andrew Scheldorf, Kirsten Scheldorf and Colten Scheldorf; his great grandchildren, Annabelle Gartner, Eliana, Connor Douglass and Jack Bredahl; his sisters, Gerilee Zimmerman (Daryl) of Alexandria and Karen Morgan of Columbia Falls, MT; and his sister-in-law Verna Scheldorf of Alexandria.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings of up to 250 people.
