He is survived by: his wife Dorothy DeGroat; his pets, ZeZe and Kelly; his children, Shay DeGroat (Laura) of Callaway, MN, Shawn DeGroat of Sheboygan, WI, Sharla DeGroat (Tom Mathis) of Sheboygan, WI and Amy Clark of Reno, NV.; his grandchildren, Jerrick Madigan of Detroit Lakes, MN, Michael DeGroat, Monty Mathis (Megan Grabowski), Mason Mathis, Tayden DeGroat, Chayce DeGroat and Makayla Mathis; his great grandchildren, Tommy Mathis and Monty Mathis Jr. of Sheboygan, WI.; his siblings, Joyce Lefebvre (Richard) of Lake Park, MN, Nancy Molacek (Richard) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Norma Soland (Loren) of Fairbanks, AK, Robert Harkness of National City, MI, Sheryl Roper (Charles) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Pamela Bakke-Overvig of Detroit Lakes, MN, Bonita Bakke of Detroit Lakes, MN, Kristie Frank (Gary) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Barbara Galinski (John) of Elk River, MN and Tammy Bakke (Steve Bergen) of Detroit Lakes, MN.; and his friends, Brandon K and Will.
