She is survived by: her mother Theowen Thortsen; her husband Bradley Cook; her close friend Bradley; her daughters, Kristy (Mike), Natalie, Melissa and Ashley (Patrick); her grandchildren, Devin, Abrianna, Grady, Brody, Kelsey, Conner, Kenzie, Cameron and Nash; her great grandchild Julian; and her siblings, Barb (Lee), Nancy and Dale (Chrisann). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
