She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Smith; her son Michael; and her father Theodore Olsen. She is survived by: her sister Sharon Powell; and her children, Tammy Smith, Cheryl Herfindahl (Tom) and Timothy Smith (Elizabeth). She is also survived by eleven grandchild and eight great-grandchildren.
