With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clayton Thurston of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, born in Cando, North Dakota, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thurston and Lydia Thurston (Klebaum); and his brother Clinton Thurston. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Grady of Detroit Lakes; his grandson Sloan Thurston (Cheyanne) of Fergus Falls, MN; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Lydia.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be either sent or written to the Fergus Falls Veterans Home.
