He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Agnes (Yvonne); his daughter Linda Carlson; and his siblings, Donnie, Delores Johnson and Lucille Kaiser.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl; his grandchildren, Tyler Carlson and Nicole Carlson; and his sister Beverly Wilson.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, to instead make donations to Trinity.
