He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Richards and Holly Richards; and his son Kevin Richards. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Richards; his daughter Christy Whipple (Richards); his granddaughters, Katie White (Whipple), Jill Whipple and Dawn Fredrickson (Whipple); and his sister Helen Bailey. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
