He was predeceased by: his parents, Marnie Dusen and Frederick Van Dusen; and his sister Pam Carpenter. He is survived by: his sisters, Teita Reveley (Tom) and Nancy Clookie (Woody); and his children, Catherine Blonigen, Jim Van Dusen and Laura Hansen (Bill).
