As we bid Lowell Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lowell Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nordahl Mikkelson and Agnes Mikkelson; his former wife Barb Mikkelson; and his brother LeRoy Mikkelson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mahlstedt; his daughters, Kimberly Sipprell (Rod Spiering) and Shannon Cox (Mike); his grandchildren, Alex Sipprell (Montanna), Cameron Sipprell and Danica Cox (Hayden Staudenmayer); and his sisters, Janice Lovaas and Julie Nuccio.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Swanson Peterson Funeral Home (1224 6th St, Howard Lake, MN 55349). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
