She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Waffensmith and Lucille Waffensmith (Linn); her husbands, Lawrence "Andy" Anderson and Ed Elmer; and her siblings, Rusty, Arnold, Clayton Waffensmith and Ethel Gross.
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Humphreys (Dan) of Ham Lake, Linda Anderson of Crosby, Paul Anderson (Julie) of Deerwood and Mark Anderson of Ham Lake; and her grandchildren, Sean Humphreys (Sue), Troy Humphreys (Clare), Lucy Coley (Chad), Laura Paulson, Sam Anderson (Erika), Stephanie Thompson (Ben), Andy Anderson (Jamie), Katie Borden (Tim) and Nicole Gunderson (Justin). She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cascade United Methodist Church (13737 MN-6, Deerwood, MN 56444). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
