He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kostial and Eva Kostial. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Brad and David (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nathan, Elizabeth and Megan; and his brothers, Keith (Maureen) and Dean. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
