He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, William Adams (Megan) of Ironton, Mike Trefethen (Jerri) of Ironton, Patricia Blom (Raymond) of Ironton and Julie Chileen (Brian) of Ironton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one brother and four sisters.
