He is survived by: his wife Ruth Plate; his children, Bill Plate (Krys) and Karen Fedorko (Thomas); his siblings, Peggy Smith (Don), Sue Biddle (David), Glenn Plate (Madeline), Monte Plate (Kim) and Douglas Plate (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Alexander Fedorko (Lyndsey), Chelsi Plate (Charles), Huju, Benjamin Fedorko (Tara), Jessica Jones (Fedorko), Kaleb Plate, Elizabeth Fedorko, Talitha Plate (Evan), Mostad, Rebecca Fedorko (Joshua), Craig and Joshua Fedorko. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
