He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Hagen (PeeWee); his parents, Katherine Hagen and Archie Hagen; and his brother Mick Hagen. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Bierbaum, Angela Axeness and Shelly Foote; his brother Denny Hagen; and his grandchildren, Jack Bierbaum, Kenny Foote, Brooke Bierbaum and Alexis Foote.
