It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kay Wagner of Deer River, Minnesota, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Wagner; her parents, Oscar Knudson and Katherine Knudson; her siblings, Fred and Cathy; her son Ted; and her grandson TJ.

She is survived by: her brother Oscar Knudson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
