She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Cowan and Dolly Cowan. She is survived by: her husband Charles Alzen; her children, Nicole Alzen of Buhl, MN, Ryan Alzen of Grand Rapids, MN and Donald Alzen of Chisholm, MN; and her siblings, Kathy Johnson (William) of Deer River, MN, Gloria Holcomb (Bill) of Grand Rapids, MN and Allen "Buzz" (Becky). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
