He is survived by: his children, Lori Kuester (Charlie), Wishelle Banks and Todd Dale Banks; his sister Charlotte Banks Wagner; his grandchildren, Dawn Roethler, Ryan Roethler (Dawn Willingham Roethler) and Gia Banks; and his great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Andrew and Jude. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
