He is survived by: his mother Wanda Parks; his daughter Tia Serfling (Lance); his pet Virgil; his girlfriend Tosha Poling; his grandmother Jean Hulbert; and his siblings, James Parks (Penny), George Parks (Diane), Frank Parks (Connie), Steve Parks (Rachel), Lynn Smith (David) and Kayla Parks (Brett). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
